| Background | Lily was born on Earth, in Starfleet Medical, to Scarlet Blake. No one knows who her father is apart from Scarlet. After violent captivity as a Marine Officer, Scarlet had decided to transfer out of the marines when she knew she was having Lily. After Lily was born, Scarlet began a two year fast track course to transfer into the regular fleet as a counsellor. Lily was raised by her mother as a single, working parent. Support was needed to ensure Lily was cared for during work, but Scarlet always managed somehow. As Lily became a little older and more aware of the things around her - and the dangers of living on a Starfleet vessel - Scarlet had to find ways to try and explain what was going on around her so she wasn't scared. Lily, on the contrary, seems to have faced most ships and environments with insatiable curiosity more than anything else, finding the whole thing one big adventure. |
